Client-Server App with Flash and PDF Reporting

This is  CLSU Entrance Examination , a client-server application that I developed last 2006 for a client in AMA and won the thesis of the year. This  App compose of two program ,one is the SERVER and the other one is the CLIENT . Both  program uses a winsock control in order to connect via IP ,Maximum of 8 client pc connected to a server pc.. Uses a Flash Active x control  and a Usercontrol (LVButtons by LavLope) for GUI. The database is ACCESS and the report  is PDF running a web browserr in a form technique in order to show WebBrowser in A vb form.

if you want to try in a single PC ,run the SERVER and the run the Client .In the Client App press connect .the Server listen to the connect client , so the Client App will connect to the same pc which the Server App is running..

i also use a gif picture in a splash form in order to make a  custom shape Splash Form with a transparency.

I also included the photoshop files and resources that i used in making the GUI.

Hi Lusanda, Basically, there's no difference. Since VB.NET and VB 2005 are the same. Since the dawn of .NET way back year 2000, all vb programs pertaining to .NET framework are called VB.NET. There are several versions/updates. VB.NET, VB.NET 2002, VB.NET 2003, VB.NET 2005, VB.NET 2008 etc.. So, on your question again, VB 2005 is actually VB.NET 2005 Hope I enlighten you in some way.

I have a question not regarding in making thesis. Magkano po ba ung binabayad syo kada thesis? Dipende ba kung gaano kahirap gawin? Hmm alam ko license ka na and I wanna know what is the difference between licensed programmer and not. Pareho lng ba kung maningil ng price?
