Bakery Payroll System

I'm using Visual Basic Express 2010 to create my bakery payroll system I need my project to have a SQL backend(I've already created with database MS Access).. How to create it? and I need my reports to be produce from crystal reports And also I need some new functions to my bakery payroll system..Any Ideas? Employee Number Name No. of Days worked Salary for the month Extra Days Allowance Attendance Bonus Meal Allowance Extra Allowance Special Allowance Other Allowance Gross Pay Salary Advance EPF Meal Deduction Loan Deduction Other Deductions Total Deductions Net Pay The above are the Pay details.
