SAP Information System Using PHP/PDO OOP Free Source Code

The Social Amelioration Program (SAP) grants a P5,000 to P8,000 monthly cash subsidy to low-income families for two months, depending on the area of residence. The subsidies provide marginalized sectors of society the means to afford basic needs during the pandemic. Common social services programs include unemployment benefits, child support, medical assistance, pensions, pregnancy leave, and maternal leave…whenever a citizen requests financial assistance or compensation established by legislation from the authorities. SAP Social Services Management solution is designed for public sector organizations that provide services and cash assistance, funded as social assistance programs for the general welfare of individuals or families.

• Home - Here you will find information about SAP.
• Dashboard - Here you will find the total of beneficiaries, the total of households, the total of seniors, the total of females, the total of males, and the total of SAP forms.
• Household - You can add my household if you are an admin or zone leader with edit, delete and delete all.
• Beneficiaries - You can add my beneficiaries if you are an admin or zone leader with edit, delete and delete all.
• SAP Form - You can add my SAP Form if you are an admin with edit, delete, and Generate.
• Report - Here generate a report and it will go to MS word.
• Audit Trail - here you can filter everyone who adds, edits, deletes to their own dashboard, and so on.
• Complaints - Here you can see the messages of the members or what we call beneficiaries, and so on.
• Officials - Here we can see the barangay officials with add, edit delete, delete all.
• Admin - Here we can see the Admin with add, edit, delete, Details, delete all.
• Zone Leader - Here we can see the Admin with add, delete, Details, delete all.
• Backup & Restore - Here you can see the backup & restore of the database. 
• Change password - You can change your old password here with your own password.

• SAP Form - The only work here of the zone leader is already approved or disapproved by the members of the SAP request.
• Beneficiaries - You can add my beneficiaries if you are zone leader with edit, delete and delete all.
• Change password - You can change your old password here with your own password.

===============Beneficiaries Side============

• Home - Here you will find information about SAP.
• SAP Form - Here in the SAP Form, the beneficiary can request an SAP Form with approved and disapproved depending on the result of the request.
• Contact Us - Here in contact us, the beneficiary can leave a comment so that the admin can read his side.
• List of Beneficiaries - Here I will know whether you are granted or not granted.
• Profile - You can only find here the information about all of you with your profile pictures.
• Change password - You can change your old password here with your own password.

How to Run

• Download the source code and extract the zip file. (download button is located below)
• Download also the other files at https://www.mediafire.com/file/ei0mherzdmyt6lk/assets_15262.zip/file and extract the files on the source code root folder.
• Download or set up any local web server that runs PHP script.
• Open the web-server database and create a new database name "sap_informationsystem".
• Import the SQL file located in the Root Path of the source code.
• Copy and paste the source code to the location where your local web server accessing your local projects. Example for XAMPP('C:\xampp\htdocs')
• Open a web browser and browse the project. E.g [http://localhost/SAP_Information_System]
