Send SMS from your website

I don’t know if somebody here has already tested sending an SMS from a website. I supposed to make a tutorial on this before but I really don’t have much time. I’m kinda busy right now with paid services. When I have time to devote on this I will teach you on how to send an SMS using PHP/Knokii or PHP/Kanel. The problem is this will work only on Linux OS. Although you can use Windows using an emulator but I don’t want to recommend it because of its complexity.

How it works?

All you need is a Nokia phone that is supported by either Knokii or Kanel. Knokii or Kanel is the one responsible for connecting to your phone. All you have to do is create a PHP script that will send messages to Knokii/Kanel. Of course you can send messages directly to this software but using a console.

hi al, As a small project, I developed software called SMSPro a few years ago. Making use of VB6 and MS Access. This connects to the Winsms service, and once you buy credits with WinSms, you can get all features(Inbox, sent, credits, Phonebook, Groups, etc) going. If there is enough interest, I can post the VB6 code for you.
