extract, copy folder, create database, import
1. extract file. 2. copy the folder to xampp/htdocs. 3. open phpmyadmin then create new database schedule. 4. Import database file, Go.

Not working because I see only blank page. I am using XAMPP Control Panel V3.2.4.

Please how do I host it on XAMPP? I mean the hms because I tried and nothing is showing up. I kept the 'hms' on the XAMPP htdocs, opened the hms database folder and copied the "demo_db" into my XAMPP phpmyadmin where I created a database call "hms". I opened SQL and run the "demo_db" codes on it and it still doesn't work
