Simple Database Application with Crystal Report

This is a simple database application. Using vb.net 2010, ms access 2007, crystal report 2008. The many options in this application such as: Insert, Update, Delete, Search, Navigation, DataGridView filteration, Patient code auto genration, Print Report etc etc...
