Simple start time using PHP, MySQL and jQuery

Hi to all beginners, this is a simple auto start time with the integration of PHP, MySQL and jQuery.
PHP use to embed MySQL output.
MySQL use to call current time using date_format() function.
jQuery use to auto load the divider.
