project in Banking application to create a CURRENT ACCOUNT MODULE using java web applcation

hi, i know it s not right for me to ask the entire project,so if its possible could any of you atleast give me ideas and specify the tools i need to use. i need to do a project to create and manage user accounts for banks. It must be such that the user is able to store the details of each customer such as the id, dob, address, whether he has current account of savings account, to create personal accounts etc, and even block accounts. im allowed to use java or .net. But if possible can you please provide me the source code using ejb. i need to connect this to a database where all these information are stored. Can you please provide me with the source code plz plz, if not can you atleast give me ideas and tips for guidance. plz help me Thank you
