Student Enrollment System

Hi Everyone... Please help me in my thesis project.... i'm using visual studio 2008 and ms access for database my problem is i want i can't insert student information with their picture in database pls.. help me also when updating the information and picture. and in picture... when you click the picture the webcam of the computer will activated and when you capture image in the webcam the image will go to picture box and when you click save button the student information and picture will be saved in the database..
