can't delete the record in the data grid view...can anybody help me??

i am a beginner in vb.net.....recently i making one program to record my daily expenses....i am successfully insert the record to data grid view but unsuccessful to delete it from data grid view.... can anyone help me?? Here i attach my program....Thankyou!
