please explain me how to send and receive multipart or long sms more than (160 characters) i never use sms gateway or un registered library....

Error testing the applicatio
System.BadImage.FormatException. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
Please how do i solve this.
The first error it brought was cemapi.dll is missing.Idownloaded it and dropped in the bin folder before geting the above error
