Binary, Hexadecimal and Octal Converter Version 1.0

About this program I called it Binary, Hexadecimal and Octal Converter Version 1.0 I wrote this using C/C++ language. It will ask the user to enter an integer number and then I will convert the integer value in three categories Binary, Hexadecimal and Octal equivalents.
