- <div class="container-fluid">
- <a class="navbar-brand" href="https://sourcecodester.com">Sourcecodester</a>
- </div>
- </nav>
- <div class="col-md-3"></div>

- <h3 class="text-primary">PHP - Create Excel File From MySQLi Table</h3>
- <hr style="border-top:1px dotted #ccc;"/>
- <div class="col-md-4">
- <form action="save.php" method="POST">
- <div class="form-group">

- <div class="form-group">
- <label>Lastname</label>
- <input type="text" class="form-control" name="lastname" required="required"/>

- <th>Address</th>
- </tr>
- </thead>
- <tbody>

- ?>
- <tr>
- <td><?php echo $fetch['firstname']?></td>

- <td><?php echo $fetch['address']?></td>
- </tr>
- <?php
