I have a client from UK who would like to reverse engineer the old program made in VB 6.0. Since I am not knowledgeable on the said program, I am looking for somebody who knows this. Here’s the problem he encounter: "We have a simple read write program that is used to communicate information to an electronic timeclock which then updates the serial eprom with the relevant hex through an optical
