Unit Converter App with Source Code is a Python program that can help you convert any conversion method for a certain value. The purpose of the system is to efficiently and conveniently convert a certain conversion value.
The project is a simple GUI application that use tkinter module to create a user-friendly design. The project can be openly accessible without providing account information. The user can do multiple things, he/she can convert to metric, temp, weight, etc.. The project uses well known python techniques in order for you to understand the coding structure. This simple project can provide a different variety of conversion that enable you to convert freely as what you needed.
Unit Converter App Project in Python Features:
- Currency Converter Menu
- In this menu you can convert for any amount via dollar to euro, japanese yen to dollar, etc..
- Temperature Converter Menu
- From this menu you can convert a temp value Celcius to Fahrenheit or vice-versa.
- Length Converter Menu
- For this menu you can convert a certain metric value such as Meter to Milimeter, Miles to Yard, Feet to Inches, etc..
- Area Converter Menu
- For this menu you can convert a certain area value such as Square Meter to Milimeter, Square Centimeter to Square Rood, etc..
- Weight Converter Menu
- From here you can convert any weight values such as Gram to Kilogram, Pounds to Miligram, etc..
Unit Converter App Installation:
- You will have to download & install the Python IDLE's, here's the link "https://www.python.org/downloads/".
- Extract the zip file.
- Open the extracted folder
- Locate the py file.
- Then open the file via python IDLE.
- Run the py file to launch the program.
Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.
