USB resetting is the closest equivalent to physically unplugging and re-plugging a USB device. It's written in python, based on PySide for GUI and PyUsb for USB support.
How to
Run it :
(With Python2.7) pip install requirements.txt && python run.py
Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.
