Modern Loan management system Project in PHP/MySQL with Full Source Code

Managing Paper forms of loan application is an old technique that is quite troublesome and can have the risk of missing the paper. This “ Loan Management System “ is a Web-based application. This system includes various features like Adding loan requests, Loan repays, Reports, and so on. Applying for loans is a tiring and confounded cycle. This web application is very well designed to simplify the process of loan requests management.

In the administrator panel of this system, different sections are given to perform different tasks. One section given in this system is the group section where the admin can register the group with details.

Another section provided in this web application is the member's section. In the members, section admin can register members in the system with detailed information. This information can be updated by the admin if needed. This way member’s data management has made simple with the use of this system. 

In the loan section of this system, two submodules are given named “ loan request “ and “ loan repay “. In the loan request section, the administrator can add a loan request. This loan record can also be updated or deleted if required. In the loan repay section, payments can be added and in this section, amounts are calculated automatically which can cut down the time required to calculate the amounts manually. 

Along with members and loan management, one of the important features provided in this web application is reports. This reports section has Loan reports, Member reports, and   Payment reports.  As to keep track of all the records and requests is important, the reports section has made it easy to manage all the records. Reports can be very useful to find any information easily. 

To check the overall data in the system or summary of all the information in the system, the Dashboard is given which gives a summary of data in the system. Admin will also be able to change the password of the system using the updated password feature. This proposed system is a great solution that automates some of the tasks of the loan process. Tradition methods of using paper for the loan request form and managing those files with a bunch of papers can be error-prone, which can lead to data damage or data loss. To overcome these kinds of problems, the use of web applications is a great solution. This web application is very user friendly that can be learned quickly and handed easily.

5)    Loan Management - Loan Request – Add New Loan Record, Update, Delete, Print all loan records. and Loan Repay – Add Payment

Admin Panel: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

HTML: HTML is used to create and save web document. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++
CSS : (Cascading Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout
JavaScript: it is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.
Back end: PHP, MySQL
PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request. PHP is open source software.

Backend :
MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases.

For Username and Password check text file.
