Awesome Registration Form Using Bootsrap

This is a simple registration form built with bootstrap and php. For wide screen like desktop you can change <div class="col-md-10"> to <div class="col-md-12"> or leave it like that for mobile. If any changes needed, just contact me.

Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.
