May you please assist me in creating a Listview that displays future data quarterly.
Basically its a system (VB.NET & MSSQL)that keeps track of employees Succession plans by accepting input of when an employee is expected to occupy a certain position. Henceforth I want to display this information in a listview, showing each employee with the future date they are supposed to occupy a position, but the header row should show the year and the quarters of that year for instance 2014 Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 2015 Q1, Q2...and so on.
So that is employee names in the leftmost vertical column and years and their quarters on the topmost horizontal row , inside, the position to be occupied by an employee in that quarter.
