Being kind as human is sometimes very hard to achieve. But being so kind occasionally or frequently will produce in more opportunity. This is what happens to me. When I started giving away my source code to my fellow programmers I saw a drastic change on the opportunity that is coming to me.
There’s a lot of benefit if you share your source code. I cannot stress all of them but one factor that will greatly help you is you’re open to the new opportunity. If you will just focus yourself locally your exposure is too small. But if you expand yourself online then your expectation is limitless.
Before I don’t want to share my source code because I don’t like competitor. Because I believe that every programmer is my competitor. However, I am wrong. Before I become a programmer there already exists a group of so many programmers.
In order to promote yourself and to stand out from the crowd you have to possess knowledge that a computer programmer must have. Competition is already there. You have to fight for your own. It’s up to you on how you can convince your client. If other can do it you can do it also.
Every programmer has started from zero. I also started from zero without client. But now I am just waiting for my email for the opportunity to come in.
If you are currently a student’s you must learn at least one computer language before you graduate. Master your favorite language and the opportunity will just follow.
