The debate on which can do more, a human or a technology, has been a common notion for centuries. The humans as being higher than the technologies always come more powerful as technologies can't operate themselves without the supervision of humans. Nevertheless, it still needs a human driver to take charge on certain matters despite its automatic nature. Further, the report stated that it would be made available for shoppers in downtown Pittsburgh starting later of August 2016. Pittsburgh holds a ground of Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Institute which really gives an eye into producing autonomous vehicles.
