Ad Preferences Menu Added To Facebook: To Bypass Ad Blockers

Facebook new updates went viral on the social media. According to a report of TechRadar, Facebook is now taking its actions to bypass ad blockers so that its paying clients can get their ads to users. The Facebook was reported to add an new menu to let the users choose only ads that interests them the new menu was called the new "Ad Preferences" that can help the users to have their own access on the site wherein they can choose the ads that only interests them and to remove their name from the costumers' services and other lists. Facebook is hoping to have a good result in implementing this menu to the online world. The report added that the Facebook is cracking down on clickbit ads in the hope of delivering better quality and curated ads for the users. Facebook main concerns for implementing this new menu are their users and its paying clients. According to a report, this actions was to control the network and have the access over the social media. In exchange for this control, the ads that the user has deemed “relevant” will be shown on the news feed regardless of whatever ad-blocking software is installed in the system. Facebook has not disclosed how it is bypassing ad-blocking software. The Ads are what keep sites like Facebook stay afloat financially. the menu will be giving the users the access and to control over what ads they want to see and what interests them. The Ads should be a good compromise to ensure that advertisers don’t end up simply annoying the people they want to attract to their products.
