NOTE: Create a MySQL database named crud then import this code using phpMyAdmin: CREATE TABLE tbcrud1( id INT AUTO_INCREMENT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY, NAME VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL, AGE INT NOT NULL);
